We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Consulting Epic Cupid Principal Trainer to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role is a unique opportunity for those passionate about healthcare technology and education. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level training and support on the Epic Cupid application to clinical users, fostering a smooth transition to the new system and ensuring optimal use.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Epic Cupid Principal Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for the Epic Cupid application to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to improve patient care.
2. Collaborating with project teams to understand system upgrades, changes, and new functionalities, translating these into training materials and sessions.
3. Providing ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the Epic Cupid application.
4. Evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Participating in system design, development, testing, and implementation, providing feedback and suggestions from a training perspective.
6. Assisting in the maintenance of the Epic Cupid application, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the users and organization.
7. Differentiating training issues from application/build issues and addressing them accordingly.
8. Communicating effectively with all levels of staff, tailoring messages to different audiences, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, including experience in healthcare technology and training.
3. An Epic Cupid Certification is required.
4. Proven experience supporting clinical applications throughout their lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, training, user support, and maintenance.
5. Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve problems.
6. Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners and ensure they understand and can effectively use the Epic Cupid application.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
8. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role is required.
