Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Consultant to support healthcare EHR implementations, system configuration, integrations, enhancements, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • EPIC certified consultants for healthcare EHR systems, configuration, integration, and support.
  • Configure, implement, and maintain Epic EHR applications based on business and clinical requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, clinicians, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, workflow design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Support Epic application upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Epic applications and integrations.
  • Work closely with integration teams to support interfaces and interoperability requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and training materials.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Provide ongoing application support and end-user assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Epic Certification in one or more Epic modules.
  • Experience supporting Epic EHR systems in healthcare environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic configuration, implementation, and production support.
  • Experience with healthcare workflows and clinical/business processes.
  • Understanding of Epic integrations and interoperability concepts.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and healthcare IT environments.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience
  • 3+ years of Epic EHR experience.
  • Epic Certified professional with healthcare domain experience.
