Description

IDR is seeking an Epic Bridges Analyst. The role involves supporting healthcare interface and API initiatives with Epic EHR in a remote setting. The position combines hands-on work with collaboration across technical and operational teams to deliver integration solutions, maintain existing interfaces, and support testing and implementation activities.

Position Overview for the Epic Bridges Analyst:

  • Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives.

  • Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic.

  • Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions.

  • Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities.

  • Assist in managing backlog items and maintaining service responsiveness.

Requirements for the Epic Bridges Analyst:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, ESB).

  • Experience supporting healthcare interfaces, APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge are required.

  • Any other Epic certifications are a plus.
