Schedule: Day shift, onsite.
Contract: November 9, 2026 – February 7, 2027
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, prioritize, and resolve billing work queues in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.
Review claim edits, charges, follow-up items, and denials.
Identify recurring errors and escalate system or workflow issues.
Collaborate with billing, coding, and IT teams to reduce delays and improve reimbursement accuracy.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required.
At least 2 years of medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on Epic Resolute billing queue experience (HB, PB, or both).
Knowledge of UB-04, CMS-1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and revenue codes.
Experience with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed-care billing requirements.
