    Description

    IDR is seeking a Epic Application Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will support and enhance Epic applications that enable efficient clinical and business operations within a leading healthcare-focused organization. Youll partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, participate in upgrades, and help ensure stable, high-quality application performance through strong documentation and quality control practices.

    Position Overview for the Epic Application Systems Analyst:

    • Support, maintain, and enhance Epic applications to meet evolving user and operational needs
    • Participate in implementation, testing, installation, and deployment of clinical and business application updates
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues, driving resolution and preventing recurrence
    • Develop and modify reports and assist with application upgrades and maintenance activities
    • Create clear documentation and communicate progress, status, and key updates to the broader team

    Requirements for the Epic Application Systems Analyst:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Systems Analyst
    • Epic Professional Billing experience
    • Epic Resolute Professional Billing (Claims & Remittance) experience
    • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing experience
    • Ability to independently troubleshoot most application problems while producing clear, standards-based documentation
