    POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Cooperatively assesses, plans, organizes, facilitates/teaches, and evaluates assigned University Health staff education programs, with a focus on increasing staff competence. The volume of classes for go-live training usually requires additional in-classroom Technical Trainers that use the curriculum, lessons, and training materials created by the Technical Training Managers to train end users and provide go-live support. Individual must maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other UHstaff and perform other duties as assigned or defined in the performance evaluation and in the UHpolicies and procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required. Masters degree or post-graduate course work is preferred. A minimum of three years experience in training is preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred. Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment testing.
