At a minimum, the Coordinator will be a teacher or Administrator in Upshur with a certification in Mathematics.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:The Coordinator will: Prepare testing materials for county math field days Review all math field day rules and regulations and be able to paraphrase them for students as neededProvide assistance as needed to school math field day contactsCommunicate dates for Math Field Day to all Schools, and Transportation Director Oversee the scoring of all math field day tests; responsible for obtaining help for grading testsOversee all testing conditions at math field dayHelp set up and clean for county math field daysSubmit all entry forms for regional and state math field dayAttend regional math field day as chaperoneSubmit tests for Upshur County to regional math field dayArrange permission slips and transportation for students to regional and state math field dayPublicize the results of county math field day winnersThe information contained in the job description is for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is not an exhaustive list of duties performed by this position.
