Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, calm, and service-driven leader to join our team at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice. This role is ideal for an experienced Environmental Services professional who is ready to expand their leadership skills in a smaller, highly collaborative healthcare environment.
You may be someone who has gained experience in a larger hospital or healthcare facility and is looking for the opportunity to have a greater impact, build meaningful relationships, and be a visible leader within a close-knit team.
Because this is a hospice setting, the ideal candidate understands the importance of empathy, professionalism, and kindness in every interaction. You will work closely with patients, families, visitors, and caregivers, helping maintain a peaceful, welcoming environment during some of life's most meaningful moments.
