Keeps industrial and storage facilities clean, safe, and organized. Duties include sweeping and scrubbing large floors, operating heavy cleaning machinery like ride-on sweepers, managing cardboard balers and trash compactors, and sanitizing employee break rooms and restrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum large open aisles using industrial power scrubbers, sweepers, or vacuums.
- Waste & Recycling: Empty trash bins, collect and crush cardboard boxes, and operate cardboard balers or compactors.
- Sanitation: Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, and lunchrooms.
- Safety & Hazard Control: Clean up warehouse spills immediately, remove debris from walkways, and place safety cones in wet areas.
- Facility Upkeep: Dust high racks, wash windows, and report major maintenance or repair needs to management

Required Experience:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items for long periods.
