Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and environmental services, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and to organizational standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Utilize requests and facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, conducting inspections, and fabricating or repairing parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance and environmental service requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.
- Wash interior and exterior windows as scheduled or requested to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Complete room turns, including thorough cleaning, preparation, and painting of rooms between occupants or as needed to support occupancy and facility readiness.
- Perform deep cleaning of floors, including thorough scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing where applicable, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Support general facility upkeep through scheduled and as-needed environmental services tasks that fall outside resident personal care or daily room housekeeping.

- Strong technical skills in maintenance, repair of equipment, and environmental services tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in record keeping, maintenance tasks, and cleaning standards.
- Physical ability to perform window washing, painting, floor cleaning, and related tasks.
