Housekeeper

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. This position works primarily at the our Cass Street Assisted Living community in La Crosse but may rotate to additional campuses in La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska when needed.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for common cleaning practices within several Eagle Crest Communities' locations.
• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and public common areas within the facility
• Variety of duties including, but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and public restroom cleaning

What You'll Need

• Previous experience cleaning and/or working with elderly is beneficial, but not required-We will train the right fit for our team!
• Must be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Provide great customer service
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

Our Wages

• Starting hourly wage between $16.50 and 18.50+, based on experience and qualifications
• We'll review your wages at 100 days - we pay more for high performance!
