    Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital - Muskegon, MI

    Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking dedicated Housekeepers, Janitors, and Custodians to join our Environmental Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in healthcare, college students seeking flexible work, or anyone who enjoys staying active and working away from a desk.

    We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Mid shifts. Shift times may vary, and candidates must be flexible with scheduling. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

    What You'll Do

    As an Environmental Services Associate, you will help provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff by:

    • Cleaning patient rooms and clinical areas
    • Maintaining public spaces and office areas
    • Using cleaning chemicals and supplies safely
    • Operating manual and powered floor-cleaning equipment
    • Following infection prevention and safety protocols

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred
    • Reliable attendance is required
    • Must be able to work every other weekend (8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday)
    • Must be available to work rotating holidays
    • Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
