Environmental Services Coordinator

Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is a welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional service and enriching the lives of residents every day. We are seeking a Environmental Services Coordinator to support the Environmental Services team by coordinating daily operations, managing work orders, responding to resident needs, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and service requests for the Environmental Services team.

• Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with residents and team members.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service.

• Maintain departmental records, scheduling documents, and other administrative reports.

• Partner with team members across the community to support operational goals and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

About You

• Minimum of one year of experience in building operations, environmental services, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field.

• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning practices, environmental services operations, and workplace safety standards.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using computerized work order or maintenance management systems preferred.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
