Responsibilities
The Environmental Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of environmental consulting projects from proposal development through project closeout and collection. This role provides technical leadership, project oversight, client management, staff development, and financial accountability across multiple projects. The Environmental Senior Project Manager serves as the primary client contact on assigned projects, mentors technical staff, and ensures projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in accordance with company standards while demonstrating ECS Core Values.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5 years of related experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to the practice of Environmental Consulting
Must have the ability to obtain a local license through reciprocity within three months of hire date
Additional licensure or certifications may be required depending on the type of work performed
Extensive knowledge of environmental principles, regulations, and consulting practices
Extensive knowledge of permitting requirements and environmental investigation methodologies
Excellent project management and consulting skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to review and evaluate technical work produced by others
Strong business development and client growth capabilities
If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
Military Qualifications
The expected pay range for this role and location is $120,000 - $150,000/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
