The ideal candidate will embed a proactive safety culture while ensuring facility compliance with cutting-edge Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving down hazards, preventing incidents, and enhancing our facility's environmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformative initiatives towards achieving a zero-incident workplace by guiding plant-based HSE programs and ensuring rigorous standard adoption.
- Orchestrate and oversee the deployment of Health & Safety processes, guaranteeing adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Spearhead meticulous investigations of non-conformances, utilizing improvement methodologies to eradicate root causes.
- Provide strategic safety expertise in plant projects and change management, ensuring seamless operational flow.
- Develop comprehensive technical education initiatives to eliminate workplace hazards and enhance safety protocols.
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with leadership teams to secure full engagement in HSE endeavors.
- Collaborate with regional teams to establish and uphold a master plan for phase objectives, cementing the trajectory for upcoming HSE advancements.
- Work closely with standard owners to drive compliance with Mondelez priority standards, facilitating smooth transitions and gap resolution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health, safety, or a related field.
- Proven experience within the food industry's Environmental Health and Safety sector.
- Strong background in EHS training programs such as OSHA, EPA, and others.
- Extensive knowledge of environmental technical standards and regulations, including ISO.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels.
