    What You'll Do

    • Lead and promote a culture focused on Zero Incidents and employee engagement.
    • Coordinate and oversee all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
    • Conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
    • Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring safety issues.
    • Support capital projects and change management initiatives by providing EHS expertise.
    • Develop and maintain incident reporting and regulatory compliance systems.
    • Partner with plant leadership to improve safety performance, reduce waste, and strengthen environmental sustainability.
    • Coach leaders and employees on safety best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Food manufacturing experience is required.
    • 2–8+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO, and environmental compliance requirements.
    • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence employees at all organizational levels.
    • Experience developing and implementing EHS programs and driving continuous improvement.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $100,000–$130,000 Base Salary
