    Job Description-

    Location: Pico Rivera

    1st Shift: 6:30am-3pm

    2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm

    Must be available to work weekends and possible OT


    • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of company EHS programs and policies.
    • Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
    • Assist with incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and maintain related documentation.
    • Track corrective actions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
    • Coordinate employee safety training, including new-hire and refresher training.
    • Maintain required safety records, training documentation, inspection reports, and regulatory files.
    • Assist with OSHA compliance and required reporting.
    • Support environmental compliance programs related to waste, hazardous materials, chemical storage, recycling, and spill prevention.
    • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure employees have access to required information.
    • Assist with hazardous waste and regulated material documentation, labeling, storage, and disposal.
    • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response procedures.
    • Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Work with supervisors and employees to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
    • Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
    • Maintain EHS metrics and prepare reports for management.
    • Communicate safety policies and regulatory requirements to employees and management.
    • Stay current on applicable OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with workers' compensation documentation and follow-up when applicable.
    • Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
    • Perform other EHS-related duties and projects as assigned.
