Environmental Project Manager

Manage environmental consulting projects, including Phase I/II ESAs, site investigations, remediation, UST, asbestos, mold, and indoor air quality projects. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, strong Phase I/Phase II ESA and remediation experience, and knowledge of Pennsylvania environmental regulations, including PA Act 2. Oxford Solutions is working with an environmental consulting firm seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager for a direct hire, onsite opportunity. This position will manage environmental assessment, investigation, remediation, and compliance projects from initial scope through final reporting and regulatory closure.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, strong Phase I/Phase II ESA and remediation experience, and knowledge of Pennsylvania environmental regulations, including PA Act 2.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental consulting projects, including Phase I/II ESAs, site investigations, remediation, UST, asbestos, mold, and indoor air quality projects.
• Develop project scopes, investigation and remediation plans, proposals, budgets, schedules, and technical reports.
• Oversee field activities and provide technical direction to junior staff.
• Review environmental data and ensure projects meet applicable regulatory and client requirements.
• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, including budgets, schedules, deliverables, and regulatory coordination.
• Communicate with clients, PADEP and other regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Strong experience with Phase I ESAs, Phase II investigations, environmental site assessment, and remediation.
• Working knowledge of Pennsylvania Act 2 regulations and PADEP processes.
• Experience managing environmental project budgets, schedules, scopes, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating field investigations and directing junior technical staff.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex environmental and regulatory information clearly to clients and other stakeholders.
• Professional certification or licensure is strongly preferred.
