If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:- Serve as the organization's environmental compliance subject matter expert, providing guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Interpret federal, state, and local environmental regulations related to remediation, waste management, transportation, and disposal activities.
- Partner with project managers, operations, estimating, safety, and leadership teams to address compliance considerations during project planning and execution.
- Assess regulatory risks and recommend practical solutions that support project success and minimize liability.
- Develop procedures, guidance documents, training materials, and compliance resources to strengthen organizational consistency.
- Manage environmental projects and provide senior-level support on complex or regulatory-sensitive initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Extensive experience in environmental compliance, remediation, hazardous waste management, or environmental services.
- Strong knowledge of RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, HAZWOPER, and related environmental regulations.
- Experience interpreting regulations, managing environmental projects, and supporting compliance initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
