Job Overview

LaBella is currently seeking an Environmental Project Manager for our Environmental Division in our Permitting & Compliance Department. The proper candidate should be self-sufficient, organized and have experience with Environmental Monitoring on large projects in New York. Responsibilities

  • Manage an Article VII Electric Transmission Line Project from final permitting through construction including contract management, project change management, client management, etc.
  • Manage our Environmental Inspection Team on the project including coverage logistics, and providing project-specific support
  • Conduct field reviews with Monitoring Team to periodically audit sites and ensure compliance
  • Manage project schedules with a focus on proactive planning and critical path issue identification and mitigation
  • Work with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
  • Maintain and manage the client relationship
  • Prepare change orders for ongoing work and be accountable for project budgets and invoicing

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
