Job Description
The Operations Manager oversees a large office supporting multiple environmental service lines, or several smaller offices with combined booked labor revenues typically exceeding $15 million. This role provides strategic leadership and coordination for regional environmental operations, ensuring consistent quality, operational excellence, and business development across offices. The Operations Manager drives growth, manages financial performance, and leads a diverse team of department managers and technical staff while strengthening client relationships and advancing the organization's environmental services in the region.

Work Environment
The Operations Manager role is primarily based in and around the Little Rock area, with most work occurring in an office environment that supports regional environmental operations. Travel is minimal and primarily regional, focused on visiting offices, project sites, and regional partners as needed. There may be occasional travel to the corporate office in Kansas City, typically no more than once per year. The position involves regular collaboration with department managers, technical staff, and regional leadership, utilizing standard office technologies and communication tools to manage operations, financial performance, and business development activities. The work environment emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with a culture that values professional growth, strategic thinking, and the opportunity to influence environmental services across the region.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
