We’re looking for an experienced Regional EHS&S Manager to provide environmental, health, safety, and sustainability leadership across multiple sites within a designated region.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an EHS professional who enjoys working directly with operational leaders, developing EHS talent, and driving consistent safety and environmental performance across multiple locations.

In this role, you’ll help shape and implement EHS strategies while providing the technical expertise, coaching, and leadership necessary to effectively manage risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and strengthen the EHS culture throughout the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, implement, and monitor environmental, health, and safety policies, practices, and procedures across the region
• Advise site and operational leadership on EHS matters, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation
• Provide technical guidance regarding corporate EHS policies and procedures
• Facilitate regional EHS leadership teams and implementation of EHS management systems
• Coach and develop site EHS professionals and operational leaders to strengthen technical capabilities and leadership effectiveness
• Ensure incidents are appropriately reported in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead and facilitate Serious Incident Reviews (SIR) and participate in Root-Cause Analyses
• Support investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Develop and deliver training on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct EHS&S audits and help sites identify and address compliance and performance gaps
• Promote consistent EHS standards and continuous improvement across multiple facilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Affairs, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
• Demonstrated progression into positions of increasing responsibility
• At least 3 years of experience supporting or overseeing multiple sites
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EHS data management systems
• CSP and/or CHMM certification is a plus
• Ability and willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
