Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

A growing and well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives across its operations.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for strengthening safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering closely with operations, HR, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Description

• Lead company-wide EHS programs and compliance initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, EPA, and related regulations
• Drive proactive safety culture and employee engagement programs
• Lead audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions
• Manage environmental compliance programs and reporting
• Develop and deliver safety training and certification programs
• Track EHS metrics and communicate performance to leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to improve workplace safety and operational effectiveness

Profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of EHS leadership experience within manufacturing
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal-OSHA regulations
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead culture change
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CSP certification is a plus

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $140,000
• Bonus approximately 16.5% annually
