What you will do::As the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Field Operations, you will serve as the primary safety partner for QXO's field operations, supporting framing, construction, installation, and project-based activities across the region. You will work closely with field leaders, project managers, and operational teams to ensure the effective execution of QXO's EHS programs and standards across 60-70 sites.
This highly visible role requires extensive field presence and travel throughout the region to evaluate jobsite conditions, coach leaders, identify and mitigate risks, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement. The EHS Manager will be responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping operational teams safely execute work while achieving business objectives.
