Stryten Energy manufactures components that supply the automotive and consumer markets.
This position is responsible for evaluating workplace environments and supporting the development and implementation of programs and procedures that prevent and mitigate injuries related to physical, chemical, and ergonomic hazards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing plant conditions to ensure compliance with EHS standards; conducting or overseeing inspections; and enforcing adherence to applicable environmental health and safety laws and regulations. The EHS Manager also maintains strong technical expertise in safety and industrial hygiene, with a particular focus on lead-in-air monitoring and noise exposure assessments.
Successful candidates will possess the ability to work with individuals from varied backgrounds, skills, and education levels to complete projects in an efficient and organized manner.

Environment
While some work will be performed in an office setting, the majority of the time the employee will be required to be in the manufacturing facility, where additional exposure is likely (heat, humidity).
This is a full-time position, and working at the plant is required.
