    Highlights

    Responsibilities: • Work with the various departments within Studio and Theme Park to assess compliance with the following environmental areas: o Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) Conduct inspections of storage tank locations listed in SPCC at Studio and Theme Park Identify items needing correction or attention and work with relevant teams to affect the resolution Identify tanks not listed in the SPCC Plan or altered and draft amendments o Hazardous Materials Business Plan and Inventory (HMBP) Conduct inspections of hazardous materials storage locations Confirm that the inventory listed in CERS is consistent with observations Make any needed changes to the CERS inventory o Stormwater Conduct general housekeeping inspections of material handling areas (hazmat and food) in Studio and Theme Park Recommend improvements to BMPs and work with identified groups to improve housekeeping Conduct inspections of stormwater treatment and capture devices throughout the property Conduct daily drives of River Road to confirm that all diversions are operating properly Gather stormwater flow data from diversion totalizers and input data into spreadsheet, calling out any trend changes • Coordinate and accompany agency inspectors from County and City CUPA • Gather monthly hazardous waste manifests and prepare an itemized spreadsheet for tracking and cost allocation • Assist performing Asbestos Written Determinations • Perform other safety and health related work as requested Qualifications: Basic Requirements: • Comfortable working in an environment where your direction will only occur through the powers of influence • Completed Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, chemistry or biology • One to three years EHS experience. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

    Qualifications:
    Basic Requirements:
    • Comfortable working in an environment where your direction will only occur through the powers of influence • Completed Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, chemistry or biology • One to three years EHS experience
    • Experience with EHS technical programs
    • Computer savvy. Must be comfortable working with enterprise software
    • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Requirements:
    • Has worked in a professional environment
    • Completed Master's degree in EHS
    • Experience in media, entertainment or film

    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Ability to stand/walk a minimum of four (4) hours per day.
    • Ability to work with a computer for extended periods
    • Ability to work in soundstage perms
