This is responsible administrative management and professional work in planning directing and coordinating county-wide activities or a program in the field of Environmental Health.An employee in this class assists an upper-level administrator in the administration of a county-wide program or complex activities. The work in this class is distinguished from the Environmental Health Administrator I by the variety and importance of the assigned duties and the greater degree of required initiative and independent judgment.
