This role involves a small, closely-knit team environment where growth is encouraged. The company currently has 7 employees with plans to expand to 50, offering substantial opportunities for career advancement into project management. The role requires local and national travel, with all travel expenses covered. The position offers 10 paid holidays, 1 week of paid time off (plus compensatory time for overtime), a 401k plan, and full benefits. The work is primarily field-based at client sites throughout the mid-Atlantic.
