In this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting environmental, health, and safety compliance initiatives to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. This role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and facility teams to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace risks while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

LeadandmaintainEnvironmental,Health,andSafety(EHS)programstoensurecompliancewithapplicableregulatoryrequirements,corporatestandards,andindustrybestpractices.
Conductriskassessments,workplaceinspections,andincidentinvestigations,developingcorrectiveandpreventiveactionstominimizesafetyandenvironmentalrisks.
Partner with plant leadership, operations, and facilityteamstoidentifyhazards,implementsafetyimprovements,andpromoteastrongcultureofsafetythroughouttheorganization.
Manageenvironmentalcomplianceactivities,includingregulatoryreporting,recordkeeping,permits,audits,wastemanagement,andsustainabilityinitiatives.
Develop,deliver,andmonitorEHStrainingprograms,performancemetrics,andcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceworkplacesafety,employeeengagement,andenvironmentalperformance.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’sormaster’s degree in environmental engineering,CivilEngineering,OccupationalHealth&Safety,orarelatedtechnicalfield.
Minimumof2yearsofexperienceinEnvironmental,Health&Safety(EHS),IndustrialHygiene,SafetyEngineering,orEnvironmentalCompliance;3-5yearsofexperiencepreferred.
Strongknowledgeofenvironmentalregulations,occupationalhealthandsafetystandards,riskassessmentmethodologies,andregulatorycompliancerequirements.
Experienceconductingsafetyaudits,incidentinvestigations,hazardassessments,andcorrectiveactionimplementationinamanufacturingorindustrialenvironment.
Excellentanalytical,communication,andproblem-solvingskills,withtheabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionalteamsanddrivecontinuousimprovementinEHSperformance.
