Lead, manage and grow the environmental group in Houston

Current Team/Company Narrative

Just under 200 employees, 20 years in business, 8 offices.
Environmental Team - 15 people; amazing tenure. $3M in revenue.
Client Base - civil design consultants focused on public infrastructure projects, DOTs and municipalities.
Varied Project Types - Hazmat oversight, wetlands/NEPA work, remediation and archaeological.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to clients.
Lead and manage environmental projects from proposal through execution and closeout.
Pursue and win new business through existing client relationships and new market opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership.

Preferred Experience

~8+ years of environmental consulting.
Comfortable in a seller/doer role.
Strong project management experience.
Solid understanding of TX and federal environmental regulations
