Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role
Prepare, audit, and file accurate US Customs entries for brokerage clients. Manage high-volume e-commerce accounts, process ABI transmissions (including Entry Type 11), and ensure timely cargo release while maintaining full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file customs entries using NetCHB, Descartes, or similar platforms
• Transmit ABI manifests and track status
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for compliance
• Assign correct HTS US classifications and apply PGA requirements
• Clean, format, and bulk-upload shipment data via Excel and CSV
• Monitor and clear high-volume e-commerce import pipelines
• Cross-check entries against CBP and PGA rules to avoid delays and penalties

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current experience as an Entry Clerk at a licensed customs brokerage
• Hands-on proficiency with NetCHB, Descartes, or equivalent systems
• Strong knowledge of HTS US classification and basic PGA regulations
• Advanced Excel skills (filtering, VLOOKUPs) and CSV data handling
• Proven experience with ABI transmissions and Entry Type 11
• High-speed, accurate data entry and ability to meet tight release deadlines
• E-commerce clearance experience preferred
