LHi Group is a people business. We are an employee-owned recruitment firm consisting of four specialist, non-competing brands spanning North America, the UK, and Europe. Our group brands are niche recruitment businesses within Technology, Life Sciences,Built EnvironmentandRenewable Energy.

Due to our innovative sectors and talented people, LHi Group has recorded 9 years of USA growth, reaching a 90% increase in invoice and 41% headcount growth, from 5 people to 200 people across 4 US offices in this time. Our Harper Harrison division has been our fastest growing sector with quickest promotional rewards seen to date. A Recruitment Consultant will experience our 12 week training in our launch and ignition courses to become a high performing sales and recruitment professional.

Our Miami office is our most recent US office and start up life doesn’t get more luxurious than our new Miami home. Located in the sophisticated Sabadell Center, in the heart of Brickell – the thriving business district. We’re well positioned to embrace the arts and culture scene, exciting restaurants, nightlife, outdoor shopping and picturesque bayfront parks.

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant includes:

• Identify and target potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications for active roles

• Build relationships with candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business

• Present suitable candidates and negotiate offers and contracts

• Prove expert market related recruitment advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity and candidate information utilizing our International Database

• Manage offer and acceptance processes, including background checks and references

• Provide post-placement support to ensure a successful integration into the role and organization

What are we looking for?

• Former sales, recruitment or client / phone based experience preferred

• A desire for in-office presence with a start up, all hands on deck mentality

• Fulfillment through KPI centered goals and targets and clear promotional expectations

• A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create advancement opportunities alongside our experienced team

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000 USD Base Salary) + Commission + Equity
