This isn't a temp gig. It's a full-time W2 position with freight that runs year-round and a team that actually supports new drivers through the transition from school to the road.
How Training Works:
- Paid 4–6 week program alongside an experienced mentor
- Covers everything — inspections, ELD, HOS, real freight, real deadlines
- Weekly pay throughout training
- Solo transition at $0.56 CPM after completion
On the Road:
- No-touch dry van freight
- 60% drop and hook operations
- Average 2,200–2,500 miles weekly
- Predictable dispatch, minimal sitting
What You'll Earn:
- $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
- Typical weekly take-home $1,200–$1,500
