Entry-Level Teacher's Aide – The Goddard School
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

The Goddard School is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher's Aide to join our team! No prior childcare experience is required — we will train the right person!
You'll work alongside experienced teachers in our classrooms, helping care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Engage with infants through play, interaction, and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Help with feeding, diaper changes, naps, and daily care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom.
- Support children's social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and a team player.
- Ability to meet Pennsylvania childcare background check, clearance, and health requirements.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., including lifting infants into and out of cribs.

Compensation: $33,000.00 per year
