- Prepare individual tax returns
- Assist clients with tax-related questions
- Market tax preparation services within your community
- Generate referrals and new client relationships
- Follow company compliance procedures

- Meet weekly production goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain your client portfolio
