Entry Level Software Engineer

Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The intern will assist with AI research, prompt engineering, experimentation, market analysis, and prototype development while working closely with senior technical and business teams.

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and curious Software Engineer to support our AI and innovation initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and emerging technologies. The intern will assist with AI research, prompt engineering, experimentation, market analysis, and prototype development while working closely with senior technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Evaluate AI platforms, LLMs, and AI-powered business solutions.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications.
• Build simple AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts using no-code/low-code or Python.
• Analyze AI use cases across industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Mortgage, Insurance, and Retail.
• Assist in creating AI documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Conduct competitive research on AI products and market developments.
• Collaborate with engineering, recruiting, and business teams to identify AI-driven process improvements.
• Support internal AI initiatives including automation, knowledge management, and productivity tools.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python is preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and AI automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, Git, or Google Colab.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Exposure to vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n is desirable.
