GSM Insurors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our SmallGroup & Individual Health department. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Service and market existing small group, individual health, life insurance, ancillary, and Medicare products.
- Review, market, and manage new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records across multiple systems.
- Maintain required state licensing and carrier certifications.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Assist with departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Texas General Lines –Life, Accident & Health license (or currently licensed).
