Entry Level ShopWelderCDL DriverLEARN WHILE YOU EARN START YOUR CAREERTessiers Mechanical Contractors a Midwest premier mechanical contractor and one of the best employers in Mitchell is seeking qualified candidates for a Entry Level ShopWelderCDL Driverposition.Our company is growing and we are excited to bring new talent to the teamThe ideal candidate will have the basic skills and abilities have a strong interest in the field and is eager to learn the sheet metal trade from the bottom up. Duties include assisting journeymen in fabrication assembly welding and installation of sheet metal products and structures. Other duties include mechanical troubleshooting loading materials and equipment along with CDL Class A or B driving trucks and general shop workmaintenance. Work will include the use of hand tools and machinery e.g. forklift. Light travel outside of the shop may be required.This is afull-timeposition with competitive pay as well as an opportunity to enter a skilled trade program. The position will typically be on a 4-day work week 600 a.m. to 430 p.m. M-TH as well as Overtime on Fridays with the possibility of light travel. All applicants must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to pass a pre-work physical assessment and drug screen. Basic computer skills and a math aptitude are necessary for success in this role. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds bending standing and using hand tools and shop machinery.
