Entry Level Service Technician

Join Stanley as an Entry Level Service Technician based in Trenton, ME, where you'll begin your career in vehicle maintenance with a focus on lubricant/quick-lane services. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Compensation for this position starts $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle lubrication services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs.
• Inspect vehicles for basic mechanical issues and report findings to senior technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent, timely customer service during vehicle service appointments.
• Support senior technicians with tasks as required to ensure efficient shop operations.
• Provide assistance in maintaining cleanliness of facility, including but not limited to: floor cleaning, trash removal, grounds cleanup, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Reliable transportation to Trenton, ME job location.
