Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Connect directly with Cincinnati area homeowners and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
- Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
- Present solutions using MPower’s proven sales process
- Guide qualified customers through enrollment
- Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
