Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate – No Experience Required

We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to support nonprofit organizations, mission-driven campaigns, and socially responsible brands through live events and face-to-face community outreach.

No sales or marketing experience required. Paid training and mentorship provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit partners and brands at live events and community campaigns
• Engage with the public through friendly, professional conversations
• Support customer and donor acquisition initiatives
• Educate community members about programs, causes, and campaigns
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and promotional activities
• Track campaign activity and customer interactions
• Participate in sales, marketing, and leadership training
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full-time availability

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, marketing, or public relations is a plus but not required.
