Who You’ll Work With
At Design Group, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, safety professionals, project managers, and technical specialists to help solve complex challenges for some of the world’s leading companies. You’ll join a growing team of more than 1,500 professionals across 45 U.S. offices, where you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your technical expertise, and contribute to safer industrial and manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Engineering Safety Professional, you’ll support the evaluation and improvement of equipment, processes, and facilities to help clients protect their people and meet applicable safety requirements. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary project teams to identify hazards, assess risk, develop practical solutions, and document recommendations. This role provides hands-on exposure to engineering safety principles throughout the design, installation, and operation of industrial systems.

Compensation
The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. This range is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and the geographic location of the position.
