About the Role:Stryde Research in Plano, TX is looking for a passionate and driven Entry-Level Research Nurse to join our growing clinical team. Responsibilities:- Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical research trials in compliance with GCP and FDA regulations
- Perform patient assessments, collect vital signs, and document findings accurately in electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Perform Venipuncture, blood collection, IV line placement and infusion
- Screen, enroll, and obtain informed consent from eligible study participants
- Administer study medications or treatments under the direction of the Principal Investigator
- Collect and process biological specimens including blood draws and lab samples
- Monitor patient safety and report adverse events to the study team and sponsor
- Maintain accurate and thorough source documentation and study records
Requirements:- Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 0–2 years of nursing experience; clinical research experience a plus but not required
- Familiarity with GCP guidelines and ICH regulations is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable performing phlebotomy and other clinical procedures
- Compassionate, patient-focused communicator with a team-player attitude
