Responsibilities
- Recruit for openings in IT, engineering, accounting, and finance sectors.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify top talent and fill roles for businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or teleconference.
- Source candidates through various channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Extend job offers and facilitate placements to ensure the best match between candidates and clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Entry level experience in sales (over the phone, cold calling, door-to-door, etc.) or internship experience in business, recruitment, or sales.
- Competitive and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent phone communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing and collaborative environment.
