First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide expert advice.
  • Utilize our proven systems to manage client relationships and track progress efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing client relationships and tracking progress.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
