    Responsibilities

    • Assist with coordinating customer and community outreach activities.
    • Engage with customers, prospective customers, and community members.
    • Support promotional events and community activities.
    • Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
    • Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
    • Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
    • Help prepare and organize promotional materials.
    • Maintain organized records of outreach activities and customer interactions.
    • Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team.
    • Assist with coordinating daily outreach priorities and activities.
    • Collaborate with team members to support communication and business goals.
