Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Assist with the preparation, mixing, and processing of products while adhering to company standards and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure consistency and product integrity.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in production areas.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Accurately document production activities and report any issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary—training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work swing shift, including evenings and occasional weekends.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is a plus.
