Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level (0-2years) Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations, production processes, process improvement, and operational efficiency. This position is well suited for recent engineering graduates and candidates with internship or project experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or production operations.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and currently holding F-1 OPT or STEM OPT will be considered only, subject to the position's work-authorization and employment requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily production and manufacturing operations.
Monitor production processes, output, quality, and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
Assist with root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.
Analyze production data and prepare reports using Excel and other analytical tools.
Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Assist with production planning, scheduling, and resource utilization.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company manufacturing standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related area.
Internship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on manufacturing experience is acceptable.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality control, or process improvement is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CAD, ERP/MRP, or manufacturing systems is preferred.
