About the Position

Merixcen is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Production Assistant to join our Houston team. This position supports the preparation and coordination of daily operational activities, helping teams stay organized and ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of daily team activities and materials
• Support supervisors and team members with routine operational tasks
• Help organize materials needed for daily activities
• Follow established procedures and workflow guidelines
• Assist with preparing internal materials and resources
• Help coordinate the completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain an organized and productive work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
