The Opportunity
As an Entry Level Pest Control Technician, you will be the face of Fromms Pest Control in your territory. You will manage a daily route, visit customers on-site, and deliver high-quality pest control services that keep their properties protected and pest-free.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will receive comprehensive training and licensure, gain technical expertise, and have clear opportunities to grow into higher-earning and management-level roles. Strong performers can significantly increase their earnings through incentives on top of a solid base salary.
What You'll Do
- Deliver scheduled pest control treatments at customer locations, applying products safely and accurately according to label instructions and company procedures.
- Manage a daily route, driving a company vehicle to visit residential and commercial customers in your assigned area.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, questions, and service requests, including confirming appointments and follow-up visits.
- Inspect properties to identify pest activity, conditions that contribute to infestations, and the best treatment options.
- Educate customers on findings and recommend additional Fromms Pest Control services or products that can improve their protection, earning incentives on successful sales.
What Success Looks Like
- Within your first 3–6 months, you complete all required training and licensure, confidently performing treatments independently while meeting all safety and quality standards.
- You consistently arrive on time, follow your route, and complete scheduled services each day with accurate documentation and minimal callbacks.
- Customers regularly provide positive feedback and remain on service, reflecting your professionalism, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- By the end of your first year, you are meeting or exceeding goals for service quality and additional product or service recommendations, contributing to both customer satisfaction and your own earnings.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Comfort working outdoors and in a variety of environments, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Personable, professional communicator who enjoys interacting with customers one-on-one and in small groups.
- Self-motivated, reliable work ethic with the ability to manage your daily schedule and work independently in the field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year (base salary plus incentives and commissions).
- Dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, fuel card, and paid training.
- Full-time employment.
- Field-based role working on the road at customer locations.
